A student-staff partnership conducting research in higher education: An analysis of student and staff reflections

چکیده

This article reports on an analysis of reflections by students and staff following a student-staff partnership which conducted qualitative exploratory inquiry case study student mental health in higher education. Following completion the inquiry, two engaged principal investigator reflected their experience partnership. The resulted categories: a) benefits, b) support for learning, c) motivations, d) impact, e) outputs, f) limitations. Students learned research skills, enhancements learning/career empowerment. Staff experienced eased ability to conduct rewards seeing develop new skills. It is recommended stakeholders education continue invest partnerships context studies foster opportunities positive learning outcomes students, staff, institutions.
